Community Builder is an excellent user management component.

Performance - 20 points -

This component really doesn't affect Jomola's performance.  It may add a query or two, but all in all, it won't slow the site down.

Extensibility - 10 points -

Community Builder has made a name for itself in being able to extend itself easially to almost any 3pd component.  With it's vast plugin interface, you can make it do ALMOST anything you want!

Usability - 20 points -

Here again, this component really brings open source development to a new standard.  It's REALLY easy to use, and feels quite natural.

Expandability - 6 points -

This is the only real issue I have with this component is that it doesn't really handle large sites any better than the default Joomla user management.  User groups, and searchable user management is really needed.

Stability - 10 points -

This component is very stable, and is good for production sites

Community Support - 10 points -

CB has a rather large community backing, and the component is used on a great multitude of sites.  It's constantly under active development.

Usefullness - 10 points -

The component really does make user management much easier than the Joomla core.  If you allow registration on your Joomla site, you NEED this component!
