Well, after a few requests for access to SVN and nightly builds, I've broken down and done it.  For nightly builds, check out http://www.joomlaperformance.com/nightly/.  Use the latest version (I'll leave all revisions between releases). For SVN, use the following repositiories (annonymous access is not allowed, use the username and password combo "demo", "demo") :

For Joomla 1.0:

svn://svn.joomlaperformance.com/svn/PageCache/1.0/Trunk

For Joomla 2.0

svn://svn.joomlaperformance.com/svn/PageCache/2.0/Trunk
