It's easy!  Just send me an e-mail (see the link at the bottom of the page).  I will not review commercial extensions unless the developer (development group) gives the extension to me for free (I won't distribute it, but I'm not paying them to give them publicity).  Because I feel that the GNU/GPL movement is so important, a portion of the review score is devoted to license.  A GPL COMPATABLE license recieves a 10, a GPL incompatabale license (but still a free license) recieves a 5, and a Commercial license recieves a 0.  Now, this adds up to less than 10% of the score, so it's not a big deal.  Keep in mind that I am doing this site on my own free time, so if I don't get to your component right away, I will get to it.
