To upgrade from 1.0.x to 2.0, simply uninstall 1.0, and install 2.0.  That's it!  (Note, none of the data will be moved, because the systems are so different).

Upgrading from 2.0 to a newer version of 2.0 is easy!  Go into the main component screen (click on Components->pageCache->Main), and then click upgrade.  Put the new version of the component into the file box, and click upload.  That's it!  There's no need to alter any configuration settings before or after, it'll automatically keep all config/module settings!
