Also thinking of your new tool too. Should be nice if you can make a kind of user set up that goes and control your site regularly to see the performance during a certain time.
Like setting up a user with his info and then something like this:
url:
www.xxxx.comTime to check this url:
check box 1: every 3 minutes
Check box 2: every 5 minutes
Period to check: 1 week or 2 week etc etc
Then you can have some statistics results saved on how well your hosting provider doing for 24 hours per day and for a period of a week.
With some nice graphs you can see the statistics for the different response times during the hours, days, week ends etc.
I think you got the idea..
