PageCache 1.0.10 and 2.0.1 have just been released!  Both handle the new token CSRF protection in Joomla 1.0.14 and newer.  2.0.1 solves the fsockopen problem that plagued 2.0.0 stable, and also introduced CURL support.  If you are running Joomla 1.0.14 or newer, you must use PageCache 1.0.10 or 2.0.1 (or newer) to have a functioning website!  Thanks, and enjoy!
